The Vignobles & Découvertes label aims to provide quality services and visits catering to wine tourism. The label appeals to a customer base that appreciates the world of wine without necessarily being connoisseurs,
and offers a range of quality services: accommodation, cultural sites, leisure activities, cellar tours, restaurants, exploration of natural spaces, events and more.
Five destinations in Burgundy have been awarded the label: Dijon - Côte de Nuits, Colline de Corton, Vignoble de Chablis, Vignoble de l'Auxerrois and Colline de Montrachet.
At the heart of the Côte de Beaune and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, the “Colline de Montrachet” and “Colline de Corton” destinations are situated on a major route between the Mediterranean and Northern Europe.
These destinations offer around 40 partner cellars open to tourists, 30 charming hotels and B&Bs, over 20 restaurants serving traditional cuisine with set menus suggesting wine pairings, as well as key heritage sites such as the Château de Pommard, the Château de Chassagnes, the Château de Demigny, the Musée de l'Hôtel Dieuand Hospices de Beaune.
Six tourist centres in the two areas (Côte de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune) sell “Vignobles & Découvertes” wine tourism packages.
