    European Heritage Days

    From September 20, 2014 to September 21, 2014

Heritage everywhere on the third weekend of September!

Every year since 1984, the European Heritage Days kick off the Autumn cultural season in style. This festival comprises a host of kinds of activities which promote the appreciation of history and art at sites which are a part of French and European cultural heritage.

Tours of the Elysee Palace, the Senate, or of the Hotel de Matignon are an absolute must in Paris!

In the rest of France (and also in 49 other countries which now also take part in this festival) you are invited to visit collections with well conceived, often original and generally free tours of public buildings (ministries, theatres, town halls and so on) as well as private establishments (villas, castles, factories etc.).
